The Dry Club

hello

Gena Dry, the A&R and Entertainment Manager for Virtual London in Second Life, has created The Dry Club, a channel for bringing Music, Art, Film, Fashion and Entertainment from the real world into Second Life.

GenaDry BigBoots

The Dry Club events which are filmed in real life in London, are streamed onto screens in virtual London in Second Life. Why is it a 'dry' club? - because it’s a virtual club - you can’t actually get a drink there…

Every two weeks - an exclusive interview with a musician, band, artist, author, film maker, fashion designer, charity or creator of an interesting project is streamed though virtual London in Second Life.

Once a month - a live gig is broadcast onto a screen in a virtual London location in Second Life.

Every week - ‘What IS Gena Dry doing?' - photos and video clips of what Gena Dry is doing is posted on The Dry Club blog

  • Gena Dry films behind the scenes at The Dry Club exclusive interviews and live gigs
  • Gena Dry videos & photographs behind the scenes of what it’s like being in a band – songwriting, recording, rehearsals, photo shoots & pop videos
  • The Dry Club films a fly on the wall look at living in London – interesting architecture, parks, shops, markets & people who are the life & soul of real London.
