Join DMGT who have their office complex replicated in virtual worlds, based on their real location in Kensington High Street. This solution enables them to do training and have remote workers working 'in the office'. Reducing traveling costs and time.

Your organisation can have your offices copied and placed in the correct location, to enable cottage workers to work together and collaborate on documentation inside the same offices.

Meeting Rooms

Complete with full facilities for presentation, language translation, privacy and speech. Video and audio streams add to the real-life experience of being at that meeting, regardless of location. Helps reduce time take to get the the meeting, hotel bills and flights. Making the employee more efficient and more effective because they will not be tired and stressed after traveling. Even useful if most people can get to the meeting but a few cannot, wherever located, all can participate in the meeting together.

Conferencing

Can either take place in our existing facilities or bespoke facilities can be created to your design to house your conference to your needs. These facilities can include multiple 'break out' session areas as well as providing areas for keynote and panel discussion.

Due to the nature of the immersive places we design, audience feedback is easily managed through our central session manager and Q&A sessions organised, with questions from the floor being filtered through the session manager.

Event Organisation

Events, both public and private (invitation or ticket access) have been proven to be a success in virtual worlds, so much that there is a growing trend for people to hold virtual events alongside of, if not instead of, the main event. We provide the infrastructure and staffing for your event. e have held several events, spanning single days or whole weeks, such as the SLLondon Fashion Show which we hold virtually in Second Life every year.
